Ellier, is the best Realtor I've ever had. I couldn't ask for anything better than the knowledge, empathy, and the whole interaction from day 1, until closing.  He is extremely patient and helpful, not only with the transaction, but with your well being, and I highly recommend this company and his advise is superb.
